Our Team

Nhu Lam
As the newly appointed Director of RJ Performing Arts, Miss Nhu brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role. She trained at RJPA from 2017 to 2023 and previously honed her skills at Industry Performing Arts. During high school, she was an active member of the Cheltenham Girls' High School Dance Ensemble.
Miss Nhu specializes in jazz, ballet, and contemporary dance, having completed the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) exams at Intermediate Foundation and Intermediate levels. At RJPA, she performed as a senior team member and soloist and began her teaching journey as a trainee under the guidance of former Principal Miss Rohanna in 2019.
In 2023, Miss Nhu further developed her skills by completing a Choreographic Practice course at the Sydney Dance Company. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Dance at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts, where she continues to deepen her understanding of dance and education.
Miss Nhu is passionate about sharing her love for dance and inspiring her students to express themselves creatively. In 2025, she looks forward to fostering a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for her students as they grow in their craft.
Currently, Miss Nhu serves as one of RJPA's Elite Coaches, teaching pre-intermediate to advanced classes and shaping the next generation of dancers with her expertise and enthusiasm.
Emily Cozens
Emily began her journey to professional dancing as a 5 year old, attending classes in all genres, passing examinations and successfully performing at Eisteddfods.
In 2019 Emily was accepted by Dargie Entertainment into the full time Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) course and then completing the Advance Diploma in 2020.
In 2020 Emily honoured an offer from Dargie Agency who provided her with continuing professional engagements at public, corporate and private events.
In 2022, Emily received a contract as a dancer in the WOW Celebration show in Eilat, Israel and over the next 12 months performed 6 nights a week in the popular 90 minute cabaret never missing a performance.
Emily continues to expand her dance repertoire learning circus arts and enjoying regular gigs in the city.
At RJPA, Emily looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience of professional elite performance and choreography to the next generations of dancers.

Sophie Stewart
Sophie learned her love for dance at age 3. Partaking in her pre-primary and grade one exam, she dreamt of becoming a ballerina.
She joined RJ Performing Arts in 2017, initially only studying ballet, she went on to discover tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical and musical theatre.

Bianca Zlotkowski
Bianca began ballet at the age of 2 and has studied extensively in ballet under the Royal Academy of Dance, achieving excellent results in all examinations. After successfully completed her graded exams (1 – 4), Bianca has now moved onto her vocational levels and is currently studying for her RAD Intermediate examination. She has also studied Lyrical, Contemporary and Hip Hop under the guidance of Miss Rohanna and Miss Dom.
